Description

This is my contribution for the group my friend invited me in. It's called Philippine Artists' Pokedex. I am bummed somebody got gardevoir first (shakes fist), so I'm left with either vibrava or gorebyss. But hey I love dolphins and eel-things, so why not? It's better than huntail. 8D
