Edit 2: Added the member to be obtained in Event 5, rephrased everything and added a few character developments in events.
Name: Harun Demir (“Superior Iron”)
Hometown: Kingdom of Alagorah[History]
Harun grew up with his family in an impoverished village bordering his country and another hostile region. His childhood lacked the presence of a father but was relatively peaceful until the threat of another war surfaced. The kingdom drafted boys-of-age to be trained by the royal army, but Harun had a weak build and was ridiculed for his “unworthiness”. Instead, the royal council taught him literacy and became a scribe, and from there he worked his way up the political ladder and was sworn to position of the “Court Magister” and even befriended the crown prince of his kingdom, Serhan Al-Fazhir.
Harun’s mother and siblings had their lives claimed by the plague that struck the land, and the trauma severely affected his attitude from then on. He developed a silent resentment of the nobles, which he was assured was the one responsible for the neglect. His actions after years of suppressed anger shattered all the peace that’s left in the kingdom, and he was condemned for a swift execution.
At some point, the king and royal council backed out from the decision and sent to Unova to observe the events. During his travels the ship he boarded in sunk in the storm and he barely survived. A patrolling Unovan vessel rescued him and other survivors. Maeve, a resident of the country he's sent to, took care of him until he recovered. [Personality]
Harun is mostly mild-mannered and compassionate but is very cautious (bordering on dislike) towards anyone noble-born. He is subtly reserved towards strangers and prefers to keep his distance in fear of getting into a conflict.
Quite stubborn when he’s determined, but he tends to bend to the whims of others when pressured too much.
Harun is highly curious and has an idealistic view of the world, but tends to get very existential when he’s shaken up by something.
Doesn’t take criminals of all kinds lightly (more so the selfish ones), and like noblemen he tends to get over his head and meddle with them.
As of Event 4, Harun is less prone to wandering about and his patience seems to have grown extensive. However, he becomes even more paranoid of his surroundings.
• Harun can’t stand getting dirty for too long. Not getting any exercise and getting sick is nightmare for him.
• Temporarily is in the company of Maeve Idrissa.
• His less muscular build made him develop an inclination for stealth and mobility. He prefers daggers and has mastered archery.
• Because he’s a former scribe and archive keeper, he came to love writing and reading books.
• Harun carries a mysterious red jewel he obsessively protects from any “threats”. He claims "voices" can be heard coming from the thing, which creeps the others out who can't hear it.
Name: Aysel (“Moonstream”) , Meowth(F)
Impish (proud of her power – somewhat vain)
Misc: From her luxurious life as the pet of the royal family, Aysel is less than thrilled for being forced to tag along with Harun. Her proud view makes her step all over everyone, including his “master”. Lately, she’s starting to soften her treatment of Harun and came to grow concern of his worsening mental health. She took it upon herself to watch over her the rest because she deemed them incapable.
Name: Altan (“Red Dawn”), Gallade(M)
Quiet (often lost in thought – very finicky)
Misc: This gallade is a former “pit beast” rescued from a miserable life at a coliseum. Years of heavy conditioning somewhat mellowed out his vicious behavior, but that doesn’t guarantee he’ll stay this way all the time. Altan is extremely quiet except when speaking predictions and he’s also very hostile to strangers and may even attack them. He suffers “involuntary trances” of varying lengths.
Name: Serhat (“Frontier”), Vibrava(M)
Hasty (likes to fight – impetuous and silly)
Misc: Serhat is the long-time partner of Harun and is almost close to a brother. He lived a lonely life as a Trapinch in a deserted mining settlement until Harun took and raised him. His natural inclination to violence forced Harun to bend to the royal army’s demands and Serhat be trained for war. From a playful and over-affectionate companion Serhat also became a mighty force in the battlefield.
Name: Ismet (“Purity”), Shiny Ponyta(M)
Timid (often scatters things – alert to sounds)
Misc: Harun bought this spineless gelding from a horse breeder that threatened to turn Ismet into dinner for being an “unsellable” ponyta. He’s skittish and gets spooked easily, which in turn makes it difficult to ride him for too long. Ismet is very docile and obedient most of the time, but he tends to lose it when being commanded to run straight into “danger” and when the fear of jumping overwhelms him.
